You have to ensure the image you are trying to upload matches the criteria:

yes, make sure the filesize is acceptable. It's not always the physical size

o ok....cuz i made the picture soo small and still wouldnt fit...how do i make the file size smaller?

What's paint?

j/k but seriously I haven't used paint in god knows how long. Adobe Photoshop for me (specifically 6.0 as thats the version I have). But I don't think paint has an option to lower the pixel count.. though I may be wrong.

Anyways, car looks nice 92civic - but I think its time for a name change

I didn't bother with Pshop this time, it takes so long to start up, no point for just a crop/resize - I just opened in MS Photo Editor.
