has anyone else dealt with these people? I ordered some sideskirts from them on 7/13/04, and they still havent come in. I've tried to call them but no one ever picks up. i've left emails and messages and none of them seem to have been answered. they never gave me a tracking number. There service sucks and its pissing me off. venting alittle bit.

ahha! phasenine.com? all of them are fu(kers! I ordered my front grill from them (no emblem.. no "RS" logo).. it took them 4 months to deliver it.. gave me fake tracking #'s... bla bla bla.. so after almost 4 months I got my front grill.. and **** it was not the one that I ordered.. and its used!!! them fu(kers.. good thing my car is silver because coincidently.. they gave me a used RS front grill painted silver... I hate them.. I wouldn't recommend buying from them..

DO NOT BUY FROM PHASENINE.COM!!!!!! they wouldn't answer your call, emails, messages.. same thing happened to me!

aw yea be aware.. if they give you a tracking #.. make sure you check it right away (destination.. name.. bla bla bla) because they will probably will give you the wrong one too.. just so you know bro...

I bought a front lip from Phasenine last year. I had a "ok" dealing with them. I got it from a group buy and after 2 weeks of waiting and not getting it I decided to call. Cause it shouldve taken no longer than a week to get. Well after a week of calling I finally got through and talked to Casey who apparently runs the joint. He checked my order and said somehow my order got over looked and didnt ship. I had to wait on another shipment of them cause they were brand new but he refunded me part of my money. Well after actually talking to him I got it in under a week. Id be leary to buy from him again but I would cause he has some low prices. But I would probably rather pick it up from his store than have it shipped.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! i "won" a type-r lip on ebay in feb. didn't come til march. it was a mugen lip, and it was cracked in two. i tried all 4 of those email addresses, no response. called, no answer. i IM'd them, no response, so i signed off. they FINALLY emailed me after the IM session (because i threatened to stop payment). called me. said all was well, i just needed to call fed-ex to setup a pickup, they would send me a new lip. or they said i could get the insurance money myself (item was just tossed in a box, i doubt that fed-ex would consider it good packaging). so i sent it back... nothing. no new lip, no response to emails, same old phasenine. i did a chargeback saying i returned the merchandise. their response was i simply wanted to exchange the lip, something they don't really do, and that they never knew it was broken. GOOD THING i kept the only 2 emails i got from the fockers proving they lied through their teeth. i had to waste A LOT of my time just to get my not even $70 back from them.

hey bro!!! i had the exact same problem, i bought the front lip and sides and they sent the front in a week and i never got the sides...2.5 months later i finally got someone to talk to and they said that the warehouse thought that they had shipped the sides with the front lip and that they were on backorder at the time..i finally got themm...keep at them, they suck at customer service!!!! they don't reply to emails and if you leave a message, they damn sure won't call you back!!!! gotta call until you get somebody!!!

ey bro.. just to remind you.. once you get a "tracking #" from them.. check it right away.. and check if all the informations are correct.. coz last time they gave me tracking # I didn't check the address.. it was a different address.. they told me that they shipped it to that address first then its coming to my place.. BS.. oh well.. they suck big time...

heh i finally got in touch with them yesterday over the phone. i was put on hold for ten minutes for them to come back and tell me they have to call there cali importer, and then another ten minutes for them to hang up on me. I've pretty much givin up on this company and now im just trying to get a full refund from them.
