I was coming back from the mall with my friend brittany.
Driving mabye 5-10 over their neighborhood speed limit...I do not usually go this fast in her neighborhood..

It didn't help at all that she was gonna be late for work and me late for my dentist apointment.

Well this old fvckr stands in the middle of the road...oh and btw ive heard about him before doing this but never to me.

He stands in the middle of the road and im like oh god this guy is gonna give me trouble..

I get close to him and try to drive around, he moves in front of my car...I then open my window where he then yells something like SLOW DOWN!!! and very angerly grabs my fvckn neck....makes a small cut with his nails.

I yell at him going what the fck are you doing old man i drive away stop like 25 feet away and yell at that fkcr tellin him im going to call the police and im yelling at him...IS THIS WHERE YOU LIVE RIGHT HERE!!?? IM CALLING THE POLICE. He points at the for sale one next to his house, luckily brittany gave me all his information. Mr hyde was his name and i got his address. I didn't call the police right then. I went to my dentist apointment and I met my mom there. She goes what happened to your neck?!?! I didn't want to talk about it but she got it out of me....and thats how the calling the police started. MY dad called and we got over there at like 4:30 the police officer talked to the old man first and thank god he admitted to grabbing me and said that I speed in that neighborhood alot.. (but his version said he was trying to grab my shoulder...BULLSHT) Anyway i gave my version and the cop asked me what i wanted to do. I could have him arrested and spend money going to court and such or just file a report for future incidents...I just had the report filed because i wasn't about to waste more time on this a$shole.

Hope i did the right thing..........And ill be respectfull and drive under the speed limit over there from now on.

What bugs me is he has done this before and made a friend of mine cry.....AND HE STRUCK ME....damn him.....grr

There's an infamous person in every town! In ours, we have the 'crazy lady of Clifton'. Rumor has it, she went for groceries and when she came home she found her husband had slaughtered their kids and shot himself. Every now and then you can see her in a bus stop booth, but she never goes on any bus...
In my 11th grade Lit class we had to do video projects. One group had her on camera a few minutes, and she was having a conversation like there was a person she was talking to in front of her. They asked her questions but she just kept on talking lol, but didn't want her to go nuts on them so they left. scary ****.

something very similar happened to me a couple years back.. guy stepped in front of my car and came to my window and punched me and said slow down ***.. well my brother and cousin proceeded to get out and beat the crap out of the guy.. never saw the guy in the street again.

Lots of (cough-psuedo-cough) tough guys in here. Personally I would have just slowed down but not stopped. I have done that a few times already. I don't go fast enough to hurt anyone standing in front of me but I don't stop. I learned a long time ago that beating up someone is more trouble than it's worth. It's very hard to beat up someone then claim self defense. Especially an old guy. You can only retaliate to the point of control. Meaning you can pin him to the ground...but if you punch him while you're holding him down that's excessive force and you're liable. I don't like it either...but that's the law in the US.
