That place looked pretty nice though. Went there once for oil change...I am sorry about that and make sure you file a complaint to Honda Canada. You should also post this in the Canada East Section.

Hi guys,

Thanks for your support. I'm going to fax a letter with the above content to Honda Canada and CC Markham Honda. I'm sure there's nothing they can do by now, and I don't really care to go back either. I am satisfied with my car, I was glad to have the saleperson that helped me, but this kind of business practice is just appalling. I will update here if anything happens!
