I don't know if this was tlaked about but what do you guys think of the whole black roof thing? Like the Endless hatch? i am thinking about painting my car type s blue or the m3 gray but keeping my roof black with a carbon fiber hood. ANy opinions?

If you can somehow manage to make the roof look like its carbon fiber (or better make it completely carbon fiber!) By "look" I mean cover it with real carbon fiber since a real one will be up the butt expensive.
Then get a CF hood and trunk and I think it'll looks hot with the CF running down the top

Didn't some guy have that kind of look? He had a "taxicab yellow" civic with black running down the hood, roof, and trunk? Last thing I heard, his car got stolen and stripped though . So I don't know if he posts here anymore.

They did a 240 in the new HCI magazine. But theyt put carbon fiber on the tops of the fenders and doors too.

i saw a passat at a car show last month that had that scheme. it was stock silver with the hood painted silver on the sides, black in the middle and a black roof. it looked ok i guess. i think it would look great through if it was a CF hood with the black roof and a CF trunk to finish it off. looks off if you do all that work to paint the roof then it just stops there and doesnt continue tot he trunk.

No offense but you guys are pretty late if the whole black roof scheme is new.

Niel Tjin and his boys Ben and Greg Bodor are running around the show scene with a 180SX/S15 Silvia and 95 Civic, respectivly. Also that RSX is I think a new member, don't know his name. (They're all Tangerine Orange with a black roof)

Then there's the Hawiian Endless garage cars, the 96 Ek (Gold/Black) owned by Brandon Fujimoto, also Gerilyn Vallestero and her 99 Integra LS (Tangerine/Black).

The entire APC drift team runs Tangerine/Black roof combinations.

There are also countless other Japanese cars and other cars running around the states with a black roof and a different color body.

Personally, I think it looks dope.

Nice i think i am going to do it now. what color would look dope on the 2k1 civic coupe? my car is already black so i dont have to get the roof painted. my boy just got his integra type r done. He got the honda element orange with a black roof. Shieet looks dope! any suggestions? i was thinking rsx type s blue with black roof
