First day i had the car a friend was sitting in the back seat and droped a cig without telling me,burn # 1. 6 months later someone else, #2 and a 3rd and 4th and just yesterday I went to drop one out the window, head flew off and came back in and burnt a pretty good size hole in the back seat. I have stopped smoking in my car for good and now i am going to get new seats but if i change it to leather does it increase the value of the car? Also all the snow and road salt messed up the carpet pretty good were can I get a new one without getting ripped off? thanks

Also... don't let people smoke in your car... a good way to do that is to turn on the AC...

The leather is only as good as its quality. You can try to sell it as something customed to other people but I doubt you'll get much points if you try to sell it to a dealer.

thanks for the health help I really do need to quit. i smoke 1 1/2 packs a day at $6 a pack =$3276 a YEAR sheeesh thats a ferrari body kit for a fiero,,,,,,almost. when i went on a carnival cruise in march, they were $20 a carton but could only take 2 home,,,,, I am starting the gym in 2 weeks and with all the crap i have to take I would really like to give myself a better workout. i heard leather starts to smell funny if you don't take care of it...anyone know about that?
perhaps suede is another option you can look into?

10 bucks a day to smoke....that's roughly 4 gallons of gas in CA...which can take me...~120 miles
