Is it worth it? '94 integra

I had an integra which I traded in for my civic 2 years ago. Had tranny problems big time. Since then the car has been hit on drivers door, rear window smashed out and replaced, brakes and horn have been fixed (other problems we had ). It's lowered 2 inches w/ crap custom wheels, apex exhaust, and cai. I found it shortly after the current owner bought it, they live 4 blocks from me Anyway, it doesn't have tags on it and has been sitting in driveway for a month with a flat. Would it be worth $1500 assuming it's probably sitting because of tranny? Oh, yeah, and it's only LS (so yeah, needs vtec swap )

Dude, that sucks. That's like seeing a long time ex g/f and she's turned into a crackwhore. Sad, but you'd probably want to stay away from her and the car as well, in this case.

I think he intends to buy the integra and KEEP the civic, not get a new car etc. I would go for it, they are nice looking cars,u may dump more in it then u want to, but nothing is more satisfying then hold ur baby again

you're the closest. I would get it then trade in my unreliable civic for a CRV. Already had that f'ing car in for warranty repairs for 8 diff. problems. Thank God none of them were mechanical. So I would then have my '86 Si (first baby), '94 integra (2nd baby), then CRV. Yeah, I'm a little obsessed w/ my cars. And yeah, for the problems, they were problems we had for the 2 years we had the car to begin with. We just never had the money then to fix them. I now have a good job so I can dump the money into it.
