I would get a Scion. Not only is it a decent looking car, it gets comparable gas milage to the Civic, more safety features. The car comes with 17" wheels stock.
2.4 DOHC... Im sure some boost would suit that car nicely.

Scions are cool cars under 1 condition:
-They're cool to roll around town in and hang out in.
Which means they're not cool to own..
Same goes for me, I'd drive a xB (xA's are fugly) and have my fun with it, but I would NEVER own one.
