hmmmm.........i am gonna have to go with turbo. Even though it is expensive......... hp per dollar is the best IMO.

taking out your back seat and your spare tire and many other heavy items that are unneeded. it's free and your hp/weight ratio will improve, even if it's very little, its free. so dollar to hp gain, this would be best
