My mom has a 01 civic 4 door ex stock and my grandma needed to use a car. At first she asked if she could use mine but my mom insisted she used hers well she was driving my moms car and some truck wasnt wacthing were he was going and just like that he hit the poor civic. Its completely totaled and now what should my mom do?

Rep Power: 0 not unless she is good with the repair costs and convincing the Insurance company to not issue a salvage title. A totaled car will never drive the same without a LOT of work, besides, it is a civic. Dump it in the recycle bin and start over.

Rep Power: 357 Totals are rarely worth repairing. Just take the $$ and get something else.
Regarding being nice to the insurance co....??? why? they are going to try and give you the ABSOLUTE minimum for the car. Get a lawyer and get what you deserve.
