Ok, we'll I'll be picking up my civic in a few days and I would like to know how to perform certain techniques. We can make this a DIY for racers.
Double-Clutching:

Power-shifting:

Heal-toe-shifting:

I think that's it...anything I left out?

Double-Clutching = doesn't need to be done in our cars, that's what we have syncrhos for
Power-Shifting = not gonna happen with our tranny's unless you shorten the throw 50%
Heal-Toe shifting = if you don't know how to do it to begin with don't start attempting it

yeah, unless you're born with the knowledge, dont attempt it...or even attempt to learn it....


CapYoda...didn't you give instructions on heel-to-toeing in a thread a while back? Anyway, seach the site, there have been a lot of posts on it...albeit most of them are kinna confusing heh.

As for power shifting......my understanding is that you just dont let off the gas when you change gears...i would never do this to any of my cars...but...its your car...you can do whatever you want
