Trading for SI?
depends
you like the new body style? SI
you want more power, engine swap.
the new SI's arent really THAT fast, compared to the old SI's. they are just too heavy. However, swap in a new set of cams, Hondata, V-AFCII or turbo it (itd be good since the K20A3 has lower compression ratio than the A2 and K20's react good to turbos) and you got yourself a faaaaaast mini-mini van/hatch

id go with the si
true outta the factory they may not be as "fast" as some people expected it to be; but its got the better engine. and IMO thats all that matters. that and the fact that it will be easier to get more performance out of aftermarket parts

oh yeah i forgot, the suspension on the SI, even tho the body is kinda high, makes it a great car for handling corners. the brochure says "euro-tuned suspension" thats gotta mean somethin!!!. plus, lower it, slap on some bolt-ons and it ought to be pretty peppy!

Oops forgot to mention...as far as worrying about what my quarter mile times are, I wouldn't be buying a Honda or Acura if I were worried about quarter mile times. I would probably check out the Enzo or the new McLaren...again ..if you're buying.
