oh yeah there's a way
honda factory jacks can go into some pretty amazing places, and then all you gotta do is get it high enough for a small floor jack which will then allow you to get the bricks under there.
or you can spend the big bucks and get a nascar jack, they'll go under anything.

at my job (movie theater) our box office is outside and faces the parking lot.
it was a slow day and the cashier fell asleep
one of my co workers had his stolen right in front of the snoring cashier

Is there a way to take off the lug locks? I'm sure there is I'm just not aware how.
the biggest thing is the area....
Your car isn't going to get stolen, broken into unless your in that kind of area...
One place i know of that cars always get broken into are appartment complexes. Ive heard so many stories

there is a tool where it just strips the inside pattern out of the lock and makes its own to turn the locknut off .. but u need a impact wrench to use it.. ive seen it done with a metric socket that is hammered onto the locknut and loosened.... lock nuts are good if its not a professional stealin ur **** then he prob has the key for them as well lol ..
