Not for "Show Car" owners...
WTF has the world come to. I guess I just don't understand why people would go/do something like this. The only thing that interests me about shows anymore is the girls. And most of the time, there not even that great. Just thought I would share.

Its marketable, therefore some company stands to make a lot of $$$ so they do the show. wether or not its any good.

Rep Power: 0 Marketable yes, obviously theres some smart people out there who see an oportunity, but this is more directed towards the "consumers" who go after this stuff. WHY?!?!?!?!? It must be stopped!

that is why all you can do is not go, and get people together to start somesort of anti corporate movement. same as the rave scene. it was destroyed by fukin money hungry companies looking to make a quik buck. they totally burn out the scene and give it a bad name. i asure you that in the long run when the public is tired of this stupid cheesy crap, the underground will be back

hell as long as tickets are cheap i will be there......seems similar to import nights if u ask me. plus they are going to have some decent artist. BUT YES SUPPORT THE LOCAL SCENE!!! TOWERS SHOPS every firday night in davie, fl.......come on out i am usally there......(hopeing to get the car finally where i will feel comfotbale with it being in the show....everytime i go i see a civic with rims and altezza's on it....i know mine is nicer than that but i am a perfectionist)

Most of NOPI is too yet you tend to see more mild/toned down/ downright ricey, cars at NOPI that you would see, at HIN or IREV.
I think that reason is due largley to the fact that NOPI shows are huge, outside, are marketed more, and you don't encounter many of the "Big Dogs" there. You see daily drivers and things like that.

Rep Power: 0 at one car show, odd enough it was a show for muscle cars, i saw a supra that had a 10 sec 1/4 mile, with 954 hp, and 36 psi
but i usually don't go to car shows expecting to see a clean car thats not flashy but can kill alot of cars.

they'll end up making money off of the 'enthusiasts' that don't know their *** for a hole in the ground and will be paying $$ to go see those 'awesome cars' from the movie ..... rofl @ them
