auto to manual

I don know if i am posting this in the right forum but anyways I got my civic for my first car and it is a auto my dad bought it for me i didnt get to choose manual or auto but now i am wanting to switch it over to manual and i was wondering if it is even possible to just buy the manual parts for it and a clutch and do it and about how much it would cost to switch it over
