Lately..... 80% of the crappy drivers I see are my Dad's age....
I see a BMW changing lanes with no signals and causing people to break so hard they slide sideways, and YUP it's some old fart with silver hair wearing a polo baseball hat and sunglasses that are WAAAAY too dark for the cloudy weather....

Anyways in NC you have to take drivers ed if you are under 18 to get a lisence and you have to have a learners permit for a year. And for 6 months (or something like that) after you get your lisence you can't be out past 9. ANd i plan on autocrossing to learn how to drive well.
