hehe, true...I was 160lbs when I was in the Marines, riding a ZX-6R, Vance & Hines pipe and header... I could hold my own on canyon runs.

Gixxer is way to aggressive of a bike for a first time rider. The stance is very aggressive making the bike harder to handle. Go with something easy like an R6 or CBR.

the first one is definetly out of the question because it has no brakes compared to the last two, out of the last two, the black one looks better and i do not know anything about their speed?

The group I used to ride with all had liter bikes (929RRs, ZX9Rs, GSXR1000, R1s) and I used to occassionally take out my Kawi ZX6R on a ride with them. They used to already say, "Where's your 929RR? Where's the Superhawk?" and laugh about having to wait for me after every strentch of twisties. Truth be told, I would wind up waiting for THEM to catch up after every twisty run because I was used to keeping her between 11,000 and 14,000 rpms and with the wider gear ranges, I was able to start through a turn at 6,000 and power up through 14,000 as I exited the turn. LOL

People used to ask me, "Why don't you sell your 600?" My response? They are BOTH fun in their own ways. The redline never seems to end on the 600's, but the torque is too much fun on the larger bikes.

You know what's definitely a blast is a 600 frame with a 750 motor. Ahhh, my baby, will be back soon...

I would go with the CBR IMO, I own a Yamaha 600 but it is my first streetbike and is plenty fast for me to learn on but I would probally only go as far as a 750 because they are just do damn quick after that and get alot heavier and lot harder to control over a 600.

Well, what do you think a CBR 954RR is? It's 370lbs.... The same exact weight as the 600cc F4i. Now they make that CBR1000RR, which is a 998cc in-line 4 weighing in at a mere 370lbs.

It's suicidal actually... LOL The CBRs already have the smallest wheelbase and a steep rake. It's head-shake hell. They SHOULD come stock with Scotts dampeners. I didn't even ride mine until I bolted one on.
