Go to radioshack and get XMODS... they are a little smaller but they are fun as hell! just would need to get some PVC that fits the little rims they give you.... i think the xmod set is 50 and they sell upgrades, engine, shocks, wheels, body kits, wings... all that **** they also got an AWD kit...

I can't say I'd drop 1/2 a grand for 10 minutes of fun though.

call me an r/c dork...but that was a tamiya ta04 chassis he was talking about. the pvc makes the cars lose too much traction tho, makes them too slow.

well it looked to me like they just cut teh tread off of the tires.. so you still had the sidewalls holding in the pvc... i wonder how long they last... oh.. masking tape works too.. on tile and carpet...

yeah, i broke my truck today. didnt handle the drop to well off the side of the house. me and my dad put it on one side of the roof and drove it up the side and it took off at the peak, and cleared the rest of the roof. landed on front tires and shattered the front end to pieces. looks like i have to go to the hobby shop tomorrow
