hey guys i was wondering you guys opinion on the differences between a VP and LX 7th gen> i was interested in getting one, and also what about other features involved? please help me make a decision? thanks, how much did you pay for your VP or LX Coupe??

if you have the money lx is fine...me, i'm in college...i just got a 04 VP a week and a half ago...paid under 14k out the door (tax and all) i'm happy with it.

saved 1500 by not getting power windows and doors, i'll reach across my little car for that price and unlock or roll down windows all day, and around 1000 for getting 5 speed

have the factory installed air and cd player, not dealer which is good
let's see uh...only thing i miss is remote entry, which i'm probably having installed along with alarm (my friend got it put on his teg for way way less that the 1500 honda charges) and i like the cluster on the lx/ex models, no freaking tach...but will have one of those soon too, thanks to Bellz

sucks i think they run around 65 from dealer. i think i may get them unless i find somethine better or if anyone else knows of something better?

the oem floormats wear out very fast also. Mine put a hole right by the clutch within a week.

Got our 04 EX for $15,899 + tax/tags/misc stupid fees. We were considering an LX at first, but to have a car with the extra HP, sunroof, and in Magnesiun Metallic for under SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS...couldn't pass it up!

You can get in a VP for about $12,200 + t/t I think...at least here in NJ.
