I think I'd go with the Flat 6. My cousin has been waiting for this car to come out. Now he can trade in his 00 Legacy Gt Wagon for a faster wagon! I don't care what you say, wagons are cool!

What? You don't like my sig? You're all correct. The hoodscoops are functional. That's where the top-mount intercooler for the turbocharged models go. As for the STi's hoodscoop. . . it HAS TO BE BIGGER. The intercooler is larger, and thus, requires more air to cool it for optimal performance.

I'll be picking up a 2006-ish Legacy GT wagon after I get back into a house. It'll be my daily (and SUV substitute) so I can build up the STi for full-race and a weekend toy.

Subaru used to make some of the older Legacies in a FWD configuration. But you won't find that anymore.
ALL Subaru-made cars are AWD. . . some of the controls are different on some of them, but they all use the H4 or H6 boxer engine, driveshaft going back to center diff, then to the front and rear diffs.
Will be interesting to see if the Legacy STi comes with the DCCD like my baby has.

Nothing works better than a Chris except a Honda.

Yup yup yup. Me likes. I saw concepts for the Japanese version a while back. Too bad we get jipped once again and we only get a 250 hp version. Paddle shifters=cool!
i'm really not feeling the wagon. wagons always seem to remind me of something that soccer moms drive. that one is actually really decent though, but it still gives me the impression. oh yeah, does anyone know how much the 2.5 turbo legacy will cost?
