Have yall seen this?? I was just reading about it. I ad no idea Honda was doing research in developing jet engines & airplanes, thats wierd. Supposed to be some revolutionary stuff too, the jet looks pretty cool, its currently in flight testing.
Edit: I'll be the first to say it... Dual HF118 Turbofan jet engine swap baby!! Whoa horsey

There are alot of automobile companies that have some involvement in making airplanes and airplane engines. BMW did it for Gernany a long time ago during the war. Mitsubishi, Rolly Royce, all make planes. I think it's sweet how far Honda has stretched their boundaries. It's cool to own a car made by such a versitile company.
I knew that after the Asimo, Honda needed some place else to spread their wings. Honestly, I thought it was going to be home computers, I don't know why, just had some kinda weird feeling. I guess the airplane is more logical . hehe

forget that plane.. man honda needs to come up with better ways to make more money... how about PUTTING A REAL ENGINE IN A CIVIC.. INSTEAD OF THESE THINGS WITH HAMPSTERS RUNNING ON WHEELS THAT WE OWN.

Better ways to make more money? I think that they'll get a whole lot more for an airplane then they ever will for a production Civic.
Why should they change the Civic when they sell the flipbitch out of them no matter what they do? As long as they don't get any worse, people will keep buying them. It's just not in their interest to cater to the street racers right now. I think they are trying to get away from that stereotype image. Not to mention if you want a ballsy Civic, you can get the SI, or just pick up an RSX.
