What is it with people with H2's? I haven't seen one without a custom plate. The two I see the most are "GI JANE" and "HUMHER".

I don't know... I think they're cool if they're really original.

I'd just stick with mine because I have 3 letters and 3 of the same numbers.

I can't speak for New Jersey. But I can speak for PA and AZ for sure and with 95% certainty for CA (all places I have lived and owned cars with personalized plates) You do not need to have a clean driving record to get vanity plates in those states. I would suspect that you don't need a clean record in NJ either but I don't know for sure. In PA (which I can tell you 100%) you need $35, your registration, and proof of insurance.
