Insruance question, can anybody help me out?

Hi, I have a general insuurance question. Can I still be under my father's insurance policy if I purchase a new car myself (meaning the title is in ONLY my name). 20 year old full time college student if that helps. Thanks!

skiboard is on a distinguished road
it depends. if only he and you are living in your house, no because if there are two drivers and two cars, you must each have one insurance to your name. just like my case, I have 3 cars including my civic in my house, my mom drives one, my dad drives one and I wanted to go undermy parents for my civic, but they wouldnt let me, so now, I am payin 8000cdn per year
