Like the article said/pointed out , if you are going all way the do it in good taste, do it with some style in mind(including putting a MAX of 18s on those hubs), and dont follow the masses. (usually fast & hilarious comes to mind, but also the companies themselves who provide just riced out ugly **** (APC IM LOOKIN AT APC and pepboys).

but its like anything else some people go to extremes and sometimes it becomes too much.
You cant please everyone and there will always be someone to say this is rice or that is rice.... who cares its what that person prefers.

Rep Power: 0 i only hate ricers for the pure fact that they usually don't build the engine at all and that they trick themselves into thinking that they have a fast car. they give civic owners like me, struggling to break the label of ricer cause i own a civic, a horrible name

don't worry, as long as we are having civic, we are not having a sport car.
anything you do to it, especially loud exhaust, will probably make it ricy.
I say for a civic at most you can make it nice looking, in a sense that it is not extreme sport looking. Maybe classic, clean, with nice deatening, nice stereo, leather etc etc
or we can make it safer, such as having strut car, ground control spring etc etc...
and ricer with civic usually have older ones like 92-95's because usually are guys under 18, with no money capacity...so they don't really ahve a choice to drive a rice out **** to impresse high school people.

I really don't care what you do to your car as long as it doesn't look like the car with the cardboard. I saw once this old maxima with a cardboard wing and a sticker that said www.mycarmakesmecool.com. I think he was poking fun at "ricers". Me personally, I don't care about looks that much. I just want a fast car and look decent.

Rep Power: 0 That site reminds me too much of back home...Everyone tried to make their cars like the ones on fast and furious...Most of the time the cars looked really stupid...I know one guy that decided to put a playstation in his car. Now why would you need a playstation in your car when you can only play it when the emergency brake is on. He also did so much stuff to his car he gets a ticket when he goes into city limits. Then there is my ex...obsess with all things cars...who wants a spoiler that would make his car uglier... I laughed so hard reading that site...
