Freebies you can get when buying a new Civic
I didn't know where I should put this so I posted it mods feel free to move it wherever appropriate.
My friend is going to buy a 2k4 civic next week he asked me my advice on what I thought of the price and what he could get the dealer to throw in for free. I know that when I bought my vic 2k1 I got them to throw in tints and a trims. He is getting a free spoiler I said ask if they could throw in tints or maybe trims (around cd player, vents, windows/locks) btw they do come in 2k4 right? Anywayz what did honda throw in for free for you or think my friend could ask for.

I always get free floormats...that's a given. I've heard of some people getting free oil changes for a certain amount of time. Small accessories is not uncommon, as long as it's negotiated ahead of time. Usually the best time to hit them up for freebies is right after you agree on a price, but before you sign the papers.
They hate that!
As far as price, if your friend can get his car for a few hundred over true invoice, he's doing good. Since it's a "new" model in the eyes of the dealer, they're probably not gonna knock off a whole lot. You may get lucky if you go at the end of the month.

That's done at the factory. The splashguards are nice...mine came with them already installed. The factory spoiler is hugely overpriced, so what you paid was about what it's actually worth. Jelly beans...mmmmmm.
i bought it used
but it did come with splash guards, which he got as a freebie from the dealer and never put on. They look pretty nice; my color scheme is black/red, and they're black on a red car, so it works out well.
