well im guessing you'll just have to add the difference to the car price hahaha. also if you compare car with similar features, i think the civic will still be cheaper to run. honda is comparing low end models with other lower end modelsOriginally posted by iluvbritney

I don't get it. Is that after a year?
No, it's a 5 year cost.
It just goes to show that buying a cheap car doesn't always translate into a inexpensive ownership experience.
The Civic is one of the most expensive small cars to buy, yet ends up being the least expensive cars to own.

Ahh... After 5 years both Civic's will finally be paid off.
Although EX's weren't mentioned on the list =(

I've heard trying to by a Honda in Israel is like buying a BMW here in the states. Supposedly to do with all the import/export fees and taxes.Originally posted by honda_2k1

They're actually promoting a different site, because it's from a third party.Originally posted by Civicious

i dont think the site counts interest from payments. its based on the car and operation use. its probably a lot harder to count interest since ppl get different rates.

i think their a little optimistic about the depreciation. i lost 8k CDN in 2 years. not including tax or dest.
I LOST 6K IN 18 MONTHS.....
