Poor old guy. I was not too happy when my '99 'vic got stolen, I'd be pretty pissed if I were this guy.

Yeah, I think there should be harsher punishments for car theft too.

Bring back the old days where if you stole a horse they hung you! Capital punishment for car theft! Someone start a petition.
