Well its slow, he's thinking about a swap but not for a long time.

Whats the potential with bolt ons?
I told him to do I/H/E what kind of gains can he notice with just i/h/e

me and kenshin were talking about this we think they should not have made any integra besides gsr and type R whats the point of paying more for something if its basically a civic .

he should swap with the integra LS motor and get a vtec head.. with I-H-E that thing should blow GSR's away.. well the ones in Connecticut do anyway.They are damn fast if done the right way.

Def swap an LS motor and boost. You run 10-12psi on a stock LS motor w/ a good fuel mgt system. TRUST ME! There is kid I know locally that has a civ hatch, swapped for the LS and boosted. Car is super quick! I saw him smoke a stock EVO yesterday!

thats a typical swap for ls owners to throw a vtec head on and it does get good gains. the only problem i have heard is the head doesnt line up perfectly with the block and sometimes your run into problems that way.

the most problems i heard is valves and head gaskets.. thats the typical problems around here..

I belive the LS is the B series non-vtec, and the RS is the B series vtec. Swapping the heads will help, port and polish, turbo, and standard bolt ons.
