I made my "winner's circle" tiles from materials I bought at the local Lowe's.
2.5 sheets of plywood
About 4-5 boxes of 12" vinyl self-stick tiles
~ around $100 in materials
Cut each sheet of plywood three times to make 4 2'x4' sections, and the half sheet once
Apply tile in checkerboard fashion identical on 8 of the sections
Then REVERSE the pattern on the last two.
Then arrange the sections 4 lengthwise on each side, and the two reversed ones in the middle at each end. (The reversing of the patter makes everything line up when you rotate the end sections 90 degrees)
And you end up with an almost perfectly-sized "winner's circle" for you car to be displayed on. Just roll her onto the pad and center things up. You can also add more sections to the middle if you want to be sure no one see the ground under your car. If your ride is low enough, that shouldn't be a problem, though.
And there you have it.
