What options for a car around 20k
Used or new.
I just wrecked my car, I hit a deer last night. And from what people are telling me they will not declare it totalled and probably fix it. Well it will never be the same so I will probably end up trading it in.
So im looking at 2002s, 2003s, and some 2004s
Just throw out some cars...pics and links would be nice.
I was looking at:
Acura TSX ($$)
Acura RSX
Civic SI
WRX
Mini S
Audi A4
infinity g35 sedan ($$)
Honda pilot
some other SUV(parents are pushing for a bigger car)
Another civic

The 2000 Si was my dream car, but I couldn't find any and ended up getting a new 02. Those are the BEST civics imo, and have lots of power. It's a great deal.
2000 Si + Vortech supercharger = 270 hp!

180hp
18" wheels
6spd trans
etc. etc.
I quote one of my friends...
"On my 2003 GTI 20th Anniversary Edition I hit 3K miles, changed the oil to Mobil 1 and installed K&N air filter. I dynoed in pre-chip form(average of 3 runs) 163hp/167tq. VW claims 180hp/174tq at the flywheel.
With the APR 93 octane chip it increased to (average of 3 runs) 185hp/203tq. And 95% of tq is at 2000rpms and stays there!!
Combine that with a 2900lb car and it scoots pretty quick! Tq steer in 1st/2nd is pretty harsh and roll-on into triple digits is now really sweet.
Not bad for $400 including the K&N. The coolest part is being able to get a trial demo for 6 hrs to help you decide if you want to buy the upgrade!"
