Insurance ?
If your car is stolen but they caught the guy that stole it and the car was in the accident will my insurance go up if he pays for the damages. Basically the guy is gonna pay for the damage or i'll take him to court for what insurance paid to fix the car. My insurance should be all squared away but will my insurance go up?????????? thx it's been bugging me lately.

Rep Power: 0 If someone stole your car, as in you did not give them permission or give them the keys, and they have an accident, it's not your fault, therefor your insurance shouldn't go up.
