What would it take to convert an LX motor to an EX v-tec motor?

how much money and labor are we talking about?

and, is it worth it ???

you're talking about a dealer swap. an LX for an EX and adding some money. Otherwise not worth it.

just look at my sig.... this is also true with the 98-02 accord v6 vtec.. its a sohc vtec which really kinda sucks

i think i heard that somewhere, that having a vtec motor isnt always great.....
