To increase the compression. I/H/E, pistons, rods, cam gears, cams, etc. If you want a all motor, correct?, you want to built up the engine with internals. Friend of mine has a all motor type-s. Hes got I/H/E with fuel rail, and some other stuff I cant think of right now. Hes running 14.2 in the 1/4.

Note: Its NA to begin with.

Get Hondata, intake, full header, exhaust, and cams. You should easily be in the mid 13s. Also get LSD for the tranny, a aftermarket clutch, and a light weight flywheel for the short revs.

thanks for the info~

so far i only got intake and headers, and will probably get hondata to flash the ECU.

but i thought the k20's cam is already aggressive enough to have longer opening and stuff~

am i right?

Or get a mugen ecu. That will raise the rev limiter and other things. Hondata only flashes your stock ecu. It is cheaper than the spoon or mugen ecu though. Yes the K20a cams are agressive, but not the K20a2 cams. The K20a is the RSX type-r in Japan.

The cheap, but good way to go is Hondata Type R flash, Type R cams, intake manifold, throttle body, and valve springs. The mugen ecu is a waste of money, it has been proven hondata makes more hp. if you have money, the toda head package (cams, ecu flash, valve springs) have shown to make 53 hp over stock with i/h/e. you can get pretty close to that with the R components. it is all how you want to spend money, but personally, if i had the cash i wouldn't even go all-motor with this engine. cybernation stage ii

thanks alot for the info you guys~

well hondata is a must now, cuz i need to get the key and ecu match in order to start the car~

but i never know that there a head package from hondata though, that good info, thanks

the reason i want to go NA is because i want my last longer, with turbo, engine will break faster~

not necessarily, turbo or NA is the same thing, the thing with NA is that there is a *** load of heat because of high revs. turbo is forced but cooled forced air.

they both will put the same wear, its just how you take car of ur car and how hard u run it.
