Jaguar XJR
This body style has been around for a long time, and I gotta say its still very stylish. I dont know If I would want to spend $74,000 on this car, but it really is a hot ride.

I've had my eye on these cars since they switched to supercharged V-8 power in 1998. If I just could just screw over my son and not pay his college tuition
....
The 1998 models are down to the low to mid $20K's and many of them are still under warranty. The asking price for this 1 owner is $22,500

Its a beautiful car. The only thing I found I dont like about the car...IS that you cant wear work boots while driving one. The pedals are very close together. I worked at a Ford Dealer and both owners drove jags. One had a XJR sedan in blue and the other had a XJ6 convertible in green. It was very hard to hit the gas without hitting the brake at the same time.....while wearing work boots.

Yes its owned by Ford but that means nothing...This car has actually improved over the years...Jaguars didnt start getting to be reliable quality cars until the late 90's.

Lincoln is part of the PAG too. Land Rover is Ford, but the BMW V8 in the range rover must confuse you, no? it carried over from when they developed the SUV. basically, BMW did all the work and sent it into production, then Ford bought Landie out about 3/4 way into development and just let it be a BMW developed car for the most part.
Agh latenightninja, your sig is an eyesore.
The 2004 body is a new style, it's not the same as the 2003. Anyways, the XJ's look so bad lately, they all look like Fords. The XJ Series III in my opinion was the best design (specifically the 1987 year). The following years they continually destroyed the elegant aesthetics of the car.
The front of that car's so proportionally small if you compare it to the rest of the car. It tries to be sportier with more soft lines, but ends up looking very washed out. Don't like it at all.

CivicDude - I don't know what I'll ever do if I get a lot of money... coz I have problems driving my Civic if I have boots on (and it's auto). That's all thanks to nature and my size fourteen feet. I actually bought these retro Addidas shoes to drive manual in. Otherwise, I have to be very careful when I shift quickly or have to do anything quickly for that matter.
Anyway... I like the XJR, but for the money, I'd buy an Audi A8L.
