ok, lets get a new thread going about stuff we know about the '04 civic( i need info, saw the newsweek pic of the '04, i think i may wait a lil longer). Rumors are saying September 18, 2003 is the release date. and it has an Updated front fascia and wheels. There are probably zero mechanical changes to the car. here's the pic.
