Get a '99-00 Si. With money saved, bolt on a Vortech SC. Whoop *** out there dude.
Personally I think new Si's look like freaking minivans, thats one of the reasons I didnt buy it.
But then again I needed a new car, so I went with second best for the money I could cover my self with, an EX. But if I could do it all over again, I'd search for 99-00 Si. I drove one of those with Vortech under the hood. "Holy ****" would be understatment.

the si in houston is actually cheaper than the ex model. when i bought my ex 01 i would have gotten a si instead if i knew they were going to be cheaper and available. i love hatches myself too.

2003 EX interior is getting closer to being as good as the Si. actually i dont hate si's looks..i rather like it..either one is better for me in looks..
and since ima buy 5spd..it doesnt matter too..
what im actually concerning is about two thing..price and time..
for the price, ppl say si could be cheaper than ex..but its not the case of my local dealer. and for the time..i gotta buy a car in this month so that i can get 1.9% APR..i already have been approved..without the special program, i might get higher than 10% i guess..
anyway, so confusing..

But hey if you like the si looks its worth the 2k.
But can't you get a rsx for that price anyway? or close to it. then you get the same power plant, nicer interior, and its a coupe
I akmost got an rsx-s, but my gt had more features and was cheaper (i.e. bigger engine, both had leather, great sound).

Rep Power: 0 neither.. sorry to go against your question but a base RSX looks better and has the same if not better performance. It also has alot of JDM back up and it doesnt look like a minivan
