Okay, Im kinda looking to get a 95ish Integra. But, I dont know what all the different trim levels mean. Like I know there is an LS and GSR, and then there are some Special Edition ones. Would anyone be able to enlighten me on what the differences between them all are? I would greatly appreciate it.

The LS is the cheapest trim lever, then the GS, and then GSR. The GSR is available only in manual and is the only model with VTEC, with the exception of the Type R. Get the Type R, this one has 195 hp. The GSR has 170 hp and the LS and GS has 140 hp i believe. Get the Type R or GSR!!!

I believe theres rs, ls, gsr, and type r. I think
RS/LS: 140hp DOHC 1.8L, cloth seats (and I think the RS has hubbies?) either way, both are regarded as lower models.
SE: same motor, with unique alloy wheels and leather interior
GS: same motor still, with different wheels (which the LS eventually gets also) and leather
GS-R: cloth interior up to around 98, 170hp DOHC VTEC engine, leather after 1998
type-R: air conditioning not standard in the rarer 97-98 models. 195hp DOHC VTEC engine, no sunroof, tuned suspension, 5 lug and upgraded bodywork. only available as a coupe and only available in championship white in the 97-98 and phoenix yellow and nighthawk black in the 00-01. other minor changes between those models, as well.

also, in the 95 model year in particular, RS, LS, SE and GS-R trim are available. each is available in coupe and sedan forms. the GS-R came with the (now fairly uncommon) "fat 5" spoke rims during that year, and the SE came with unique 6 spokes.

My dad has a 99 GS-R,
Sweeeeet. Get one, you won't be unhappy about it. The GSR powerplant can easily be upgraded to Type-R specs through modification. You'll noticee the 180hp as soon as you touch the gas. Then when VTEC kicks in, good lord.

The GSR is the next best thing because of the VTEC, the LS used to come with AC and a sunroof, the GS didn't and the Special Edition has all the trim of the GSR minus the VTEC I beleive...Man, I could be a little off but I really only wanted to mention the Type R...Good Luck!

As for which car... I would go with the GSR or Type-R.

My last car was a 98 GSR. It is a very well built car with great performance. It handled great and had plenty of power. The cam changeover WAS noticeable and the 8000 RPM redline was awesome. The brakes are another plus. They had plenty of stopping power and an ABS system that saved my *** a few times. Get the GSR you'll be happy. If your asking yourself "If you loved it so much then why did you trade it in?" I drive 3500-4000 miles a month and we all know that the civic is the car for that.

It goes RS then LS then GS then GS-R then Type R......My girl has a 94 RS and its pretty fast...I race it instead of the Vic. If you need more info go to www.team-integra.net!!!
the range of years your looking into are 94-97.
the main two coupes that everyone looks for are ls and gsr's
ls is 140hp non-vtec
gsr is 170hp with vtec (only comes with a 5speed manual)
ls redlines i believe at 7k
gsr redlines ~8k
insurance is pretty high for integras since they topped the list of most stolen quite a few times and body panels aren't cheap for them.
type r=190hp, lightened w/o sound deadener sometimes no radio and a/c depends on options and years.
