K20A2 Swap!!!
Of course, it's your choice, though. It would be really, really NICE to have a Type R...
But you could, like people have already said, have a really, really nice SLEEPER! Who's gonna suspect you have a K20 under your hood? No one. Imagine pulling up to a Type R... and beating it? The look on their faces is gonna be
.
I don't know what I'm saying, I'm just rambling... But I'd go with the swap.

Go with the ITR.. just my .02 though. They will have alot more abiltiy later on when you get more cash.. like engine upgrades, turbo's, suspension.. JDM front end conversion. Plus it's not everyday you see a ITR.

A stock faster car might be the teg over a swap.. granted we are lighter, the b18 platform has been thoroughly researched and parts are abundant and moderately priced... the k20 being so new not even just the swap, all parts are just now starting to become readily available and maybe just as expensive.. Of course I love the integra type R and the suspension of that ****er is ***** to the wall which makes me lose my cool everytime it gets put into action by a decent driver.. only thing is i guess is, do you want the classic race car that with a small bit of modding can run down a z28, or a civic with a swap, although a sleeper, it's not obvious that you have a sutpid fast car.. but maybe with the swap and a smaller bit of modding you could run down a z28.. also if you swap look into an lsd becuase the type R is also strong due to the lovely lsd set within the car.

If you can't afford to garage it, I suggest looking at a different car. Otherwise, it's a car you'd hate to leave alone and worry about coming back to where it was with it not being there.

the biggest issue I have with the type R is that it SCREAMS Steal ME!!! and people don't want the car either, just the parts that make it a type R.
