01+ EX 1/4th time?

i was reading one of my car mags, and it has listed:
03 Civic LX: 16.4

just curious what the EX would do if the LX is doing 16.4

all i know is that i can do a 16 flat, sometimes a 15.9 with my AEM CAI, and HKS exhaust.
I cant wait to do my swap. I'll be seeing 13s soon.

thats cool.
i'm always braggin' to my dad now that i saw that in the magazine. he has a 4-cyl 03 accord 4-door. it says 16.4 for the accord, and 16.4 for the LX civic, and i have an EX, so i'm faster than him, muaha... my mom has a new odyssey and it lists it as doing 16.1! the minivan is fast! haha.
