Hi people I have a 98 ex coupe. However my lower back with age is getting tired. I sat in my friends 1999 civic 4 door and noticed 2 round seat adjustments on the drivers seat. What I difference this made when I sat in it. Does anyone know if the 1999-2000 seats will fit in my civic? Does it matter from sedan or coupe? I notice not all 99-2000 civics have these seats, maybe an option. Since their is no airbag shouldn't be an issue. Happy Holiday and thanks for any advise.

I think coupe/hatch and sedan seats can be swapped but the brackets are different because you can flip the seats forward in the two door cars. If you're junkyard hunting look for the cars with all the fancy options, they'll most likely have the fancy seats

Wow these seats came in 1999-2000 and could be in an lx or ex. The 2 round ***** do lumbar support and height is what I have found. Not many civics came with these wonder why? I will continue my hunt.

I wonder if you could take the same seat from an 01-05 and swap the seat rails out so it would bolt in to your car
