First thank you guys for all of your replies on the last post, it really helped me a lot about the other car that I was planning to buy, I found this 1999-00 EK hatch 3 days ago, it only has 45,000 miles on it(I CAN'T BELIEVE IT BUT I DID CARFAX AND EVERYTHING IS OK SO FAR, NO MECHANICAL ISSUES).
The only down part is that is an auto but either way I planning to swap the motor and tranmission this is just a fun little project that I want to start, Ill be posting the progress here and everything from the auto to manual conversion to the engine swap. thank god I found this!

I got her for 2,500, is was an old lady that had it and gave it to a kid, the kid sold me the car because he was getting a truck.
Don't know how he sold me the car for that price(the car only has 45,000 miles, no rollbacks and clean title) but the car is perfect and in immaculate condition!
