Help! Rear Bumper part (Sagging bumper) 00 Civic Si

Question Help! Rear Bumper part (Sagging bumper) 00 Civic Si
Hello, I am having trouble finding a "bracket" that broke off from the Rear Bumper (Center). This bracket holds the rear bumper from the center & holds 5 clips. I looked everywhere online and only found (LH/RH) Front bumper brackets. I came across these images on YouTube (Rear Bumper removal)
