D16 valve spring upgrades.
I have a y8/b7 mini that runs fairly well and a Zex 59300 cam that I used to grenade my last head. Am hoping to find a set of springs with steel retainers that are adequate for 7.5k rpm and not over the top in pressures like a turbo app.

158lbs open pressure for Alphas but they don't list rate. I need to develop a basis of judgement, am hearing that most D springs are over the top for casual street with moderate cams?
