KMS titanium Valve springs and retainers
Ok, guys I am seriously considering over the KMS Valve springs and retainers, but I just have a few questions.
Ok, when people buy valve springs and retainers, the point is for the motor to hold up under high RPMs, now do they serve any other purpose?
If I were to buy this, the point would be for me to rev to 8k, is there anything else I should buy to do this?
How can I raise my rev-limit to 8k, Jet ECU won't do it...who will?
How hard are these things to install? Thanks guys.

You're probably gonna need a cam thats gonna let the engine breathe better. You don't want to starve it before it redlines.
There are a bunch of building guides around for Honda Heads... it doesn't look unmanagable, but definately something that will take some time.

They're lighter and stiffer than stock. You want stiff springs 'cause at high rpm's they snap shut faster. Otherwise the valves wouldn't close all the way at high rpm's. The fact tat they're lighter allows your engine to accelerate easier since the inertia of the moving objects (springs, retainers) is decreased. I.E. They're easier to accelerate.
Just valve springs and valves are not going to give you more HP unless you get oversized which are not out for our car (atleast none that I know of) They are a step in the right direction though, because if you want a cam (which will give you HP) you should replace valve's and vavle springs with stronger ones.
