91 ef blown D15B2 motor good auto trans. 95 good D15B7 (I think) bad auto trans. I know I can just reuse dual point but want multi from 95 so ? is can I use harness from 95 with trans from 91?

the 92+ civics had less engine mounts and a half size radiator, so there may be a few things you have not thought out yet. if i were thinking about doing what you are doing, i would want a 91 ecu for an auto with mpfi, and then i would do the dpfi to mpfi swap where you change/add a few wires, reverse the tps wiring, and add the injector resistor box from an mpfi donor car. iirc there was a change in the distributor wiring that was a headache in itself when doing what you are wanting to do. i believe your question would be better answered at d-series.org as they are or at least were very knowledgeable about these older cars. i'm pretty good with 88-91 cars as i had quite a few of them, but i never had one that was automatic.
the easiest and most affordable way to get that car back on the road would be to sell all the newer car parts and then buying the correct engine, or a period correct d16 or zc with the mpfi, the computer, and then swapping it and converting the wiring to mpfi. last imported d15b2 i bought was $300 from an importer a few miles from me. no matter how much effort and money you spend on this the performance increase will not be enough to warrant all the headaches involved. mpfi swap does not add enough power to feel with a d15. a 1.5 to 1.6 swap was barely noticeable but more fun to drive with a stick car. i think an auto would mask even that. i liked to use the 89 integra computers for my 91 mpfi swaps. they felt faster and had much higher red lines.

I think the easiest way to go would be to sell the donor, buy the correct engine, and pocket the left over money. Any d15, d16, or zc from the 88-91 model years will bolt in with no changes. A 1.6 jdm zc would be preferred, as it will have the most power and least miles. Last one I bought was $400
