Best dash mount for non-flat surface
Hello. I posted this question a while ago but no response. Maybe there's no good answer, haha. Anyways, I have an '07 Civic. I'd like to get a good dash mount in case I want to mount a small monitor or screen for a second backup camera. However, as you are probably aware, there doesn't seem to be a good flat surface on any part of the dashboard. I had a mount for my backup camera / dashcam, but that seems to work better in the upper left hand corner of the windshield. I have to remind myself to remove it when not in use though as I have gone through two windshields in the past as they have cracked after a short time. Still, as popular as it is; is there a good, strong mount for a dashcam or second monitor? I should be able to tug at it gently without it moving or slipping, but because of the elongated curved surface I can't seem to find a good one and would like some recommendations if possible. Thank you.
