Whining noise that stops when pressing the window button
I am having a strange noise that comes and goes. When it starts I noticed that it will stop if I raise or lower the power windows. Then it will start up again, so I press the window up or down and it will stop for awhile. The windows work fine, I have no problem with the way they are working. Although my Air conditioner has stopped working. This has been going on since the summer of 2016. I seem to only have this noise in the warm months. Any Ideas what this could be?

Sounds like maybe a window motor is trying to spin. Maybe a broken contact or switch?
