End of year deals on Honda
End of year deals on Honda
I'm sort of new to Honda. I'm one of the people who's been abandoned by Detroit, now that they've decided that all they want to sell are trucks & SUVs, so I'm looking at Civic sedans (LX/Sport/EX) as a replacement for my Cruze. I've test driven all three and would really like an EX if the price were right, but it will probably end up being a Sport or even an LX.
My questions are: How much off sticker can I expect if I buy a '20 at the end of the model year (like within December)? From my experience with GM and Ford, they're usually trying to blow out the leftovers from the previous year, but I have the feeling that Honda dealers don't have to do that. Obviously, Honda doesn't do the rebate thing the way Detroit does, but do they have factory-to-dealer incentives that get passed on to the customer? Any experiences you've all had will be appreciated.
PS -- I'm one of those weirdos who pays cash and doesn't bother with all the high-profit add-ons (paint sealer, fabric protection, etc.)
TIA!
