Here is a Forum on Insights. It includes the 2019 Insight. This car might be thought of as blending the new 2018 Accord Hybrid with the Civic. It is just a little longer than the Civic sedan.
Most folks on the Insight forum are finding it is meeting or exceeding the 55 MPG if driven conservatively with good hybrid driving techniques.
