I figure if we start planning now...By April, we can have this thing set up..
I've been in correspondence with Sales over there and I need to get a "guesstimate" as to how many are interested and a possible date, sometime in April...

Rep Power: 0 I thought that there was a thread about this before,
but it turned out to be wicked expencive, so most people decided against it.
let us know what the price is gonna be, I might be up for it, but would probably
just rather go somewhere less expencive.
Don't take that the wrong way, I think that it's a great idea, I've even thought about planning something like that, but I'm just not sure I wanna spend that much.
if it is something reasonable, you can count me in.
just my $.02

Rep Power: 395 Yeah, I think I remember it being slightly more than $100 and slightly less than $100 if we get more people. I would like to meet up to take some pics, talk about mods, check out each others rides, maybe grab a bite to eat, maybe race, maybe do a couple of burn-outs, maybe go cruisin'. You know, the usual. All the money I spend goes into my ride, anything else is a waste of money IMO.

Rep Power: 0 Hmm. Buddy of mine just went there last Tuesday. $10 for 1 day licence. $25 for annual licence. $25 for track. I possibly will be heading there with him next week sometime.

Rep Power: 0 Even though it's an old post, just for planning purposes in the future, it's easier to just meet there and sign up individually, rather than as a group. They usually want money up front (and a LOT of it) if you want to book the day. Also, if you get an annual pass, there's no extra fee for their 'license' to be on the track (just their way of waiving any chances of getting sued), and you can book a time ahead of schedule before you get there...

Rep Power: 0 I'm revisiting this post because I went to F1 Boston for the first time last Saturday night and it was a lot of fun. Has anyone else been there? Does anyone race in any of the leagues there? What are your best lap times? Do you have any tips for those hairpin turns? Thanks!
By the way, I agree that F1 would be too expensive for a meet.

Rep Power: 364 So what does it cost for just 1 person, for the a couple runs around the track? I just looked into a group thing. We could always just go together and run separately.

Rep Power: 0 F1 is sweet! Here's the breakdown for pricing tho:
Day License: 10.00 (these aren't really licenses, just another fee)
Annual Licence: 25.00 (all your license fees are waived after you get this, and if you want to go back, you can reserve track time for yourself ahead of time)
Race: 25.00
If you want to go back more than once, I suggest biting the bullet the first time and getting the Annual license.
As for signing up, all you gotta do is show up and sign in individually - doing it as a group costs way too much, but individually it's more efficient. They also have a bar and pool hall/night club there.
I've been itching to go back - we should do it!
